Kathleen S. Ives, D.M. has worked in online technology for over 30 years and currently serves as a member of the Senior Staff for the National Laboratory for Education Transformation (NLET) and the Director of Higher Education Transformation. She also serves as a member of Packback’s Academic Innovation Board, an AI-powered inquiry-driven learning platform as well as adjunct faculty at multiple institutions. Dr. Ives is the Senior Fellow for Professional Development for the University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA) and co-editor and chapter author of the recently published book Leading the eLearning Transformation of Higher Education: Leadership Strategies for the Next Generation..Formerly she served as the CEO and Executive Director of the Online Learning Consortium (OLC).
