As part of its agenda to expand into new geographies and support capacity building in Higher Education , the Center for Learning Innovations and Customized Knowledge Solutions(CLICKS) has signed yesterday as part of the activities of the 4th MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Private Universities and Institutes of Higher Education in Afghanistan(APUIHEA).
As part of the MoU, the two parties will mutually collaborate to promote capacity building for the Higher Education sector in areas of mutual interest and primarily related to quality assurance, leadership development, research and governance. This will include organizing joint conferences, workshops, training programs and seminars, promoting the transfer of ‘good practices’ between different institutions and countries and engaging in joint publications.
APUIHEA represents and supports more than 126 private universities and institutes of higher education across the country and providing them a platform for cooperation and exchange of information on higher education and the associated developmental activities and plans.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Shafiullah Naimi, President of Association of Private Universities and Institutes of Higher Education in Afghanistan (APUIHEA) and Vice Chancellor of Rana University and Dr. Narimane Hadj-Hamou, Founder and CEO of CLICKS.
