The Center for Learning Innovation and Customized Knowledge Solution (CLICKS) has contributed to the 2nd edition of Alexandria Pedagogical Innovation and Technology Enhanced Learning (Apitel2020) organized by Alexandria Univesity in Egypt under the theme “ONLINE LEARNING: A PARADIGM SHIFT IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC”.
The conference was organized as part of activities of the “Conférence des recteurs de la région du Moyen-Orient in partnership with AUF Moyen-Orient and brought together eminent speakers from different parts of the world to share their insights.
CLICKS’ CEO Dr. Narimane Hadj-Hamou has contributed with a keynote titled “” on the first day of the conference. In her keynote she addressed the long term challenges and opportunities of COVID-19 and how the pandemic acted as a catalyst for change and for the wider a option of online learning. She presented a framework detailing what strategic imperatives must be considered on the macro, meso and micro level to facilitate the long term adoption of online learning beyond the pandemic.
Her intervention was well received by participants.
