Mark is a higher education consultant based in Mauritius. He has over 15 years experience working at various UK universities in research, strategic project management, and consulting capacities. Prior to becoming a consultant, Mark most recently managed a number of large organisational restructuring projects at the Universities of Glasgow and Bristol, UK.

Mark has significant experience and expertise in organisational design, creating and restructuring schools and faculties, reviewing and streamlining academic roles and responsibilities, conducting process reviews and business change, simplifying governanceand reporting structures and processes, and research management.

Mark has previously been a Trial Manager for health-based RCTs, a Graduate Teaching Assistant and College Tutor. He has over 20 peer reviewed publications, has presented at numerous international conferences, and founded an award-winning research-based outreach project.
