Our comprehensive suite of training programs is designed to enhance institutional research capacity. We focus on both leaders of the research and teaching staff. For leaders such as Vice Presidents for Research, Deans of Research, and Directors of Research Centers, we offer workshops such as those focused around ‘Developing and Implementing Research Strategies’, ‘Establishing Research Policies and Culture’ and ‘Evaluating Research Performance’ to equip them with the tools necessary to effectively guide their institutions’ research agenda.
Additionally, we provide specialized programs for those involved in producing research outputs, aimed at strengthening the research skills of faculty and academics.
