Dr. Senior is a learning strategist and designer of face-to-face and distance learning processes, specializing in online education quality assurance. He advises institutions on their online education offerings and develops capabilities for instructional designers. Dr. Senior has collaborated with higher education institutions, businesses, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities in different world regions for nearly forty years. He is the Ex-President of the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance & Instruction and a current international representative for Quality Matters, an organization in the United States specializing in quality assurance of online courses and programs.
