Dr. Savic is a seasoned third-space higher education leader with extensive experience in implementing strategic transformation at the system, institution, and program levels. His expertise includes capacity building, strategic planning, framework & policy development, institutional management, project management, change management, resource management, internationalization, curricular reform, and internal and external quality assurance.

As a Certified Foresight Influencer, he is focused on creating and deploying flexible, inclusive, and agile educational ecosystems that disrupt conventional models by connecting stakeholders via collaborative networks and personalizing the learning experiences to support knowledge economies and enhance the employability of learners.

Beyond teaching numerous architectural courses and serving an various senior leadership roles at univeristies in Serbia, UAE & Belgium, his engagement spans from being one of the Bologna Process pioneers and a member of the national Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) team in Serbia, QFEmirates revision expert team member (UAE), and accreditation reviewer for several European and Middle Eastern accreditation bodies.
