As the founder and CEO, it has been an absolute pleasure to lead the center over the last 12 years and witness its growth and evolution. Established in 2012, CLICKS initially aimed to support the growth and development of the higher education sector in the Arab region. Since our inception, we have grown and expanded our reach into many non-Arab geographies, including countries in Central Asia and Africa, such as Uzbekistan, Kosovo, Kazakhstan, Ghana, and Nigeria, among others. As a specialized consulting and training boutique, we focus on fostering both institutional and individual capacity building. Our goal is to help higher education institutions achieve excellence by delivering tailored, innovative solutions that are informed by global best practices and adapted to local contexts.

Through our international network of experts, smart partnerships, and strategic alliances, CLICKS collaborates with world-class institutions and professionals, bringing global expertise and an in-depth understanding of the local higher education landscape in various regions.

CLICKS offers a rich portfolio of consulting services and training, ranging from strategy development and strategic planning to governance assessment and organizational redesign, quality assurance and external audit, digital transformation, holistic student experience, teaching and learning innovations, and academic advising. We are proud to have collaborated over the years with over 180 higher education institutions and have trained nearly 17,000 leaders, educators, and staff from over 35 countries.

In line with our vision and mission, CLICKS fosters dynamic networks and platforms for dialogue among higher education stakeholders. This includes organizing the biennial MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum, now in its 7th edition, the MENA Association of Universities Presidents—a non-profit network launched with the support of the Arab Association of Universities, the Zairi International Awards for Excellence in Higher Education, the Arab Consortium for Teaching and Learning Centers launched recently, the Voice of Higher Education Group, and the “In-conversation with CLICKS” virtual panel series.

We are dedicated to working closely with partners, client institutions, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to continuously meet the challenges and demands of the higher education sector.
