Prof. Dr. Eman AbuKhousa is a recognized expert in data science and digital transformation, specializing in data-driven strategies for leadership and decision-making in education and industry. Holding a Ph.D. in Information Technology from UAEU, her doctoral research focused on big data, learning analytics, social influence, and persuasive technologies to enhance personalized learning and career growth. This foundation informs her teaching practice, where she integrates these strategies to improve higher education outcomes and equip graduates with the skills to meet evolving market demands.

As a Professor of Data Science at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE), Dubai, she combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights, preparing students for global challenges through experiential learning and industry relevance. This commitment to innovative education aligns with her passion for Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and Global Citizenship Education. She is a certified CoDesignS ESD mentor through the Association for Learning Design and Education for
