Cancellation/Refund Policy for Online Course and Webinars

1- Registration Cancellation by CLICKS

CLICKS reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances which would make running the course/ webinar not possible. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement or cancellation of the event, participants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer the registration to the same or another event.

2- Registration Cancellation by Participant

Registration cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the event may be eligible to receive a refund with 10% to 15% administrative fees being deducted. Registration cancellations received on or after this cut-off date will not be eligible for a refund unless a valid reason presented is acceptable by the center.

Refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to and include the name of the attendee, the event and/or transaction details. Refunds will be credited back to the account used for payment. In the instance where participants wish to register to a different announced course/ webinar whether the same or different. Requests shall be made in writing as well prior to the start date of the session.

CLICKS is not responsible for the inability of any participant to participate due to technical issues beyond our control. Participants are encouraged to conduct a technical check at prior to the scheduled course / webinar.
