Professor Paul Williams is the former Dean of the College of Business at Zayed University in the UAE and holds a PhD in Management from the University of Western Australia. Paul has achieved a distinguished academic career as a professor and senior administrator in universities around the world, with a consistent track record of achievements and successes. His scholarly contributions include around 100+ academic publications and many international conference presentations on strategic marketing and customer loyalty. Paul is also an internationally recognized management consultant with over 30 years’ experience of consulting with universities, governments and multinational companies around the world. Known for his abilities as an energetic results-oriented leader, advisor and facilitator. Paul holds high levels of cultural intelligence, having lived and worked in the Gulf Arab region, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK.
